Built in Detroit, since 2020

Our story

AH Home Improvements started in 2020 with a simple idea. Detroit homeowners, realtors and investors deserved a contractor who answers the phone, shows up when promised and does the job right the first time.

We began with cleanouts and demolition: hauling junk out of neglected houses and tearing down garages that had seen better days. As word spread, the calls changed. Realtors needed inspection reports cleared before closing. Landlords needed units brought up to Section 8 standards. Homeowners wanted kitchens, bathrooms and floors that added real value.

So we grew. Today our crew includes licensed electricians, plumbers and HVAC techs alongside certified handymen and concrete finishers. That means one call covers everything from the first sledgehammer swing to the final coat of floor finish.

We've renovated and repaired homes in Bagley, Indian Village, Boston-Edison, Palmer Park, Rosedale Park, East English Village and neighborhoods across the city. We've also worked in Dearborn, Redford, Southfield and beyond.
